ULI Report: A New Paradigm for the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway

ULI of Northern New Jersey is an organization that studies and offers solutions for urban renewal in the region. From abandoned corporate headquarters to waterfronts fallen into disrepair, the organization gathers professional land use attorneys to architects in order to envision a new use of the selected area. I have worked on laying out a handful of reports for the organization since 2012.
